Telephone Procedures

Telephones are answered by our staff Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 AM and 4:30 PM for scheduling or changing appointments, making billing or account inquiries, or asking for information.


For prescription refill requests or questions for a nurse or physician, you will be directed to leave a message on our nurses’ voice mail so they will be able to locate your medical record before returning your call.


After-hours phone messages will be received by an automated voice mail system which can be prompted to page the doctor and give him the caller’s phone number to call back in the event of an urgent situation. Prescription refill requests should not be treated as urgent if they are left on our voice mail after hours.
